Room had a broken deadbolt lock.

the bathroom was way too small,, but the breakfast had bananas and fresh scrambled eggs. the staff was friendly and there were cozy seating areas in the lobby. the beds were really comfy! 😊

i really enjoyed my stay. the staff was super friendly and helped with everything we needed. it's in a convenient location close to downtown, which made exploring easy.

the gym equipment was outdated.

Solo traveler looking for decent comfort

The staff were incredibly helpful,, even got assistance opening a jar when I was struggling. Breakfast was from 630-10,, and their coffee was really good, best I've had in a while!

It wasn’t exactly cheap,, but for what I got,, I guess it was acceptable.

I stayed one night in a King Room. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and had a comfortable bed. There was good pressure in the shower. The location was convenient for visiting family.

The bathroom door needs immediate improvement as it’s flimsy and could cause injury!!! The exercise room being unavailable during remodeling is a letdown. Management should inform guests beforehand!!!

The room was quite dated and poorly maintained. The air conditioning didn't work, leaving us uncomfortably warm. We had to slam the door to close it properly, which was frustrating when others were trying to sleep.

Loved the cozy feel and the fridge/microwave combo made snacks a breeze. Great pressure in the shower too!

great getaway with easy access to parks and downtown landmarks

staying here was a delight as I loved the quick stroll to Carroll Creek Linear Park. The historic downtown area is just a little over 2 km away, making it super easy to explore all the charming shops and sights on foot, and the friendly staff made my stay even better with their helpfulness. I surely enjoyed my king room with a nice comfy bed, but the old coffee maker could use an upgrade.
